Replacement / Return Policy
All items are in personal orders and
personal stitching,
there is only one size change,
no returns or exchanges for different items from
the order.
(No returns / exchanges on Laka items)
Repair service for a sewn item is provided for up
to two weeks
From the date of receipt of the item.
The exchange is conditional on three business days
from the date of receipt
of the order.
Important Note: The cost of replacement with
a courier on behalf of the company
is 65 NIS (replacement of a size),
which must be paid to the courier or our order
center. All shipping costs are the
customer's responsibility
* All items must be tags that have not been
worn or used at all.
* Due to health regulations, dirty, worn,
damaged or washed clothes will not be accepted.
* Customer is responsible for all
shipping charges on the returned item (s) and
replacement order.
* Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
* We will deliver the refund within 1-5 business
days
after receiving it
Important Note: Any price difference between the
returned
items and the replacement
must be paid by the customer,
and the customer pays all shipping costs,
including sending the items to us and returning
the shipment from Israel to the
customer's address.
All shipping costs are the
customer's responsibility.

After removing the tags from the goods,
we are not responsible for
any damages that may occur.
Taylor Swimwear is delicate and
will show normal “wear and tear” over time.
We will not fix fading color,
burring / pulling, inflexibility,
fabric deterioration or running color.
Manual washing only for all swimwear.
While most of our swimwear can be worn
in pool water
or in the ocean,
it is not designed for strenuous water
activity or
long periods of time in heavily
chlorinated water.
All swimwear should be washed in cold water with a
very mild soap.
On a flat bed or hang to dry.

Orders brought from the Taylor Rose warehouse
in Rishon Lezion will be processed
within 30 business days of purchase and
shipped as follows:
EU countries + non-EU countries:
Orders are shipped with duty and unpaid taxes.
We strongly recommend that you check
the customs laws of your country
US: As far as we know,
orders up to US $ 200 are free
of charge when imported into
the US, however we strongly recommend
checking the US customs laws.
